One-Year Craftsmanship Warranty
We provide a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials from the date of delivery. Should a fault arise as a result of manufacturing or craftsmanship, our team will assess the issue and, where appropriate, repair, replace, or rectify the affected item at no additional cost.

- General wear and tear from everyday use
- Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or improper care
- Natural variations in wood, marble, stone, fabric, leather, or other natural materials
- Changes caused by environmental conditions, including direct sunlight, humidity, or extreme temperatures
- Damage resulting from unauthorised repairs, modifications, or alterations
- Minor settling, softening, or natural ageing of materials over time
